The Uni-V Overnight Lock is a competitively priced solution to securing properties overnight whilst a replacement full-length multipoint is acquired.

Available in 30mm, 35mm & 45mm Backsets with 92mm PZ (centres), Lift Lever operation

Latch Reversal:

30 & 35mm Backsets:

Unscrew the Screw located on the back of the Lock Case parallel to the Latch
Then push the latch into the lock case so it sits behind the faceplate and rotate.
Once you have reversed the latch, allow it to pop out into its original position in front of the faceplate then insert and tighten the screw.

How do I Identify a uPVC Door Lock

If you've never replaced a lock before it can be tough to even know where to start! But to make things easier, we've put together a guide on how to identify your uPVC Door Lock. Follow the steps below to correctly identify the lock that you need, so you can order the right item first-time.

Is there a manufacturers name stamped on the lock strip? Example Answer: Avocet
What is measurement A ? (Known as the backset) Measure from the front of the metal strip backwards to the centre of the keyhole
What is measurement B ? (Known as the PZ/Centres) Measure from the centre of the keyhole to the centre of the square spindle hole
What locking points are there on the strip? Example Answer: 2 Hooks and 2 Rollers

The 3 common measurements required to help identify your upvc door handle would be to measure A,B & C from the image below.

The A Measurement Measure from the centre of the keyhole to the centre of the handle
The B Measurement Measure from the centre of the top screw point to the centre of the bottom screw point
The C Measurement Measure the overall length of the handle from top to bottom.
The D Measurement Measure the overall width of the handle

The 3 common measurements required to help identify your upvc door handle would be to measure A,B & C from the image below.

The A Measurement Measure from the centre of the keyhole to the centre of the handle. Please measure this on both the internal & external side as these measurements may vary if the handles are offset.
The B Measurement Measure from the centre of the top screw point to the centre of the bottom screw point
The C Measurement Measure the overall length of the handle from top to bottom
The D Measurement Measure the overall width of the handle

To determine the size, measure 'A' then 'B' and combine the two to get your overall length.

The A Measurement Example: 40mm
The B Measurement Example: 45mm
